About
The apartment hotel is located in the heights of Evian, at the foot of a forested area overlooking the lake. The set consists of 101 apartments spread either small group of 43 apartments on 3 floors either 17 chalets (3 appts per cottage).
All the 2-room flats (4/5 people maximum, 1 bedroom) are located in a small 3-storey building.
All the 3-room flats (6 people maximum, 2 bedrooms) are in chalets (3 flats per chalet: 1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs in duplex).
Some flats are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
