An exceptional site between cruising and discovery

The electro-solar boat that takes you to the gardens is accessible from the quays of Evian.

On site, discover the different wetlands by taking the wheelchair-accessible route with assistance.

A completely independent stroll along the water's edge

This route is accessible to wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility, thanks to a specially-adapted pavement and benches where you can rest and admire the lake at all times.

The water sports centre

Adapted facilities

With a platform meeting PRM standards for access to the pools, a jib for launching into the water and assistance, adapted equipment and changing rooms, the water sports centre offers comfort and supervision on request for people with disabilities.

The Media Library

A cultural and recreational space

Access to the media library from rue du Port (entrance at the rear of the Palais Lumière).

On the ground floor: a reception desk complying with PRM standards, with a magnetic loop available on request, a media room equipped with a remote magnifier, a computer and a reader for unlimited free access to audio books in an adapted "Daisy" format.

A lift provides access to the various floors.

Wheelchair users have easy access to all areas.

The Funicular

A historic means of transport

Open every day from the end of April to September, the Funicular is accessible to wheelchair users (carriage no. 1).

Staff will help visitors into the cab.

If at all possible, please call the reception desk on 04 50 74 98 93 before arriving.

There is no possibility of stopping at intermediate stations.
